Yesterday Michael finished early with class so we decided to do something fun and get out of the HOUSE!!! We went to the local library to get free passes to a museum, it is a neat program called
Museum Adventure Pass, you can click on it to see what it is all about. We chose to check out the Cranbrook Institute of Science, in the North Detroit area. We told Ian that he would see a dinosaur skeleton and that was all it took to light his face up. When we arrived Ian was dancing like he had to use the bathroom, but I was told he was just dancing because he was soooooo excited! When we finally got to the dinosaur part Olivia was hesitant to get out of her stroller but when she finally did she ran to Michael, made him pick her up, and then she started saying, "cool, awesome, woooo!" We had a great time together and after the museum we drove by the Detroit Temple, but my camera battery died so no pictures of the temple. :(

Looks like another place we have to visit while we're here in MI. Your pictures are always so cute!
I love family outings, you guys always seem to squeeze them in! How fun for the kids!
I bet they just had a great time on their adventure. I love Liv's bum in the pic she is bending over in. I just LOVE your family. I'm glad you are taking advantage of the area you live in.
How fun! Just last night we were reading a book about dinosaurs and Damon really wants to see one. Remember when you and Courtney used to talk about being obsessed with dinosaurs?
I sure wish this grandma could be with you guys when you get to go on these adventures. I'm feeling left out. I do think it is so wonderful you have all these opportunities to do such fun and educational things. Stuff we had to go to Salt Lake to do. Remember the dinosaurs at the University of Utah when you were little? They moved and made their scary sounds. Give the kids hugs and kisses. Hilary is getting excited to stay with you for spring break. Mom
What a fun family adventure..glad y'all were able to get out of the house. :)
Hey Cordie! Looks like you've been up to some fun stuff! I am jealous of all the culture you will have there and get to share with your kiddos. Your prayer stories made ME melt too; I love watching my kids grow and learn about the church.
