Another Post

blur
Too sweet right before church, does anyone else think this pictures screams JCPenney portrait? Haha

Is Ian doing the Michael Jackson "Thriller" dance? No, he is just being a stinker running away from the camera.

Today I noticed some eye wrinkles that I didn't have three years ago. Dang it! Does anyone know of some good eye cream? JK, but seriously!

Just because you said what you said about your eye wrinkles I have to share this with you. It is from "Standing for Something" written by Pres. Hinckley pg. 94...."For more thatn 60 years, my wife and I have walked together through much of storm as well as sunshine. Today neither of us stands as tall as we once did. For both of us, the rivets are getting a little loose and the solder is getting a little soft. As I looked at her across the table one evening recently, I noted the wrinkles in her face and hands. But are they less beautiful than before? No; in fact, they are more so. Those wrinkles have a beauty of their own, and inherent in their presence is something that speaks reassutingly of strength and integrity, and a love that runs more deeply and quietly than ever before. I am thankful for the beauty that comes with age and perspective and increased understanding."
I hope you don't mind me sharing that with you, I just thought it was SO cute and gave me a different perspective on wrinkles! So enjoy those little wrinkles... Your hubby may be falling in love with them!! :)
Are you kidding Cordie- You have always looked GREAT! :)

I love the Ian thriller pose. So funny. And I really think that you are squinting in the pic with Livs. Everyone has those wrinkles. Even models! You look so beautiful. And Ian looks so little, I miss that!

Love the pics! And you still look gorgeous, so don't even start! The pic of you and your little girl is super cute! (and ps..if you are really worried about wrinkles...it's called photoshop. Though it doesn't help in real life, it helps with pictures at least. I'm sure you've heard of it! ;) lol, jk

Cordie you're so funny. I remember looking in the mirror and noticing my eye wrinkles. I think they appeared overnight. I was close to your age, I think. Now it dosen't matter to me at all. There's nothing I can really do about it, so I've accepted them. But it really bothered me to start seeing gray hair. I hate that.
You'r beautiful! Plus you're very secure about yourself and that's what adds to your beauty. I love the darling pics. Mom

Oh, I guess I should add that the sun/tanning is a huge factor in premature lines. So protect your beautiful skin. But then I'm sure every intelligent person knows that.

Ugh...I TOTALLY feel your pain about the wrinkles! Mike and I were laughing at ourselves not too long ago, because we've both suddenly got wrinkles that seem to be pretty new. Oh well, they say it adds character, right? Yeah, that's what I'm gonna tell myself! You're as beautiful as ever, and all these pictures you posted of your little family are wonderful!

ok in all those comments did anyone suggest cream? I didn't see any...but I really want to know the same thing. haha. I know I'm not a wrinkly hag- but I don't want to become one! haha. plus those creams are so expensive we need to get it right the first time right?
Well, if you find one PLEASE tell me. But on a side note, you are gorgeous...and I think you are sqinting your eyes more that's the only reason there are a little more.
haha I LOVE YOU!
