A) keep her hair in piggy tails and braids, or
B) Let her 70's stylish hair flow freely, or
C) Cut it into a little bob cut like it appears she has here.
What should I do? Also what are your opinions on ear piercing?
P.S. Where have all my blogging friends gone? Is everyone taking a break like I say and need to do, or maybe I just update too much and none of you can keep up with me? :)

well...i have been gone on vacay, so that's why I've been lame, but I agree with you. I'm glad I found your blog, cuz you keep it very up to date! :)
As for the hair dilemma. I LOVE her pigtails...but I also love the cute little bob...so I guess I'm no help! :) (unless you can still fit the bob into pigtails, then go for the bob! :)
Ear piercing...I don't know on that one. I personally don't where earings, so again, I'm no help! :)
Let me help. I think you should try the bob. I think it'd be cute. Not that she's not already cute, but if you don't like it, it will grow out. I think you should grow her bangs out just to see what she would look like too. I can't decide if I like Amelia's hair better with bangs or not. Anyway ear piercing, I think two was a really good age to get it done. Before they can take it out themselves. Amelia loves having her ears pierced, and all of her friends are so jealous of her. HOpe I was of help.

WELL my favorite is the pony's with the white flower. I really covet that white flower...want one just like for Sydney girl. But after seeing that cut of the bob- it is DARLING! I really love it. with the bangs and everything...stylish.
Ear piercing?? I want to pierce Syds pretty bad. hum. I'll just use it as a bribe lata in life though. I don't know. maybe we can do it together? hehe

I got Paige's ears pierced when she was 9 weeks! From what I read on the internet seemed to be the best. My friend just took her 2 year old and they had 2 people so the did both ears at the same time which is awesome! I would find a place to do that if you do it soon. As far as hair...I'm prob not any help! She is a beautiful girl and looks pretty all the ways, maybe grow her bangs out and do the "swoop" thing and keep it long or the bob is good for the summer though or just keep it like it is! I still haven't cut Paige's...I am nervous to!
Olivia is adorable either way, but I say do the bob hair cut. I want to cut Lilli's and your last pic of "the bob" inspired me. So thanks!! My hubby didn't want me to pierce Lilli's ears because he wanted her to have that choice. I never thought of it that way. My mom got mine pierced when I was young and I'm kind of glad she did. I don't remember the pain of having it done and I can wear earrings whenever I want. I hope i was able to help a little bit! Thanks for blogging!
I dont know about the hair... she is so dang cute! Either way i bet she can pull it off... I pierced Addys ears at 3 weeks. :) I got a lot of crap for it. But i think little girls with pierced ears are sooo cute!
First of all, I love a good bob, especials on kiddos. Second of all, no idea on the ear piercing deal, third of all we are busy! haha, maybe more lazy and fourth of all, chris and i were driving the other day and the titanic theme song came on and we were belting it out and then he told me the story of when you guys went to titanic and "sat by each other" and it was sort of like this big joke. It made me laugh :) You guys are funny!
Hmmm, what to do, what to do.....Well, I love Liv's ponytails. But I can see why you'd be considering a change. She would look gorgeous with a bob cut with the bangs grown out, but it may take more time to manage than the ponytails.
I know right now that my girls won't get their ears pierced until they are old enough to make that choice and can take care of them themselves. I liked how mom did it with us. I can't remember the exact age, I do know that I had to clean them myself and keep up with them. You know until they weren't in the infection stage anymore. It is your choice though. Can't wait to see the final decisions!
I LOVE the bob on little girls...and I tell Gabbi she can get her ears pierced when she turns 12. :) She is always checking out my earrings. And, you know where I stand with a blog. :)
Im getting Brynlees hair cut in the bob. Her hair is driving me nutts. I got her ears pierced when she was 7mths and love it. So I would say your girl is a doll no matter what but give the hair cut a try and I'm a fan of ear piercing!

Cut her hair or go get it cut (preferably) into that darling bob! Cuz of course it will grow back out if you no likey! And get her ears pierced! For how cute Liv's is now which is extremely! She will look adorable with the change! Looking forward to the pics when you get it all done! Love you all!!

Okay here goes. Coming from the one that really matters. I think you should let her hair grow because you have been able to do so many different things with it. The bob is darling but I think you might get bored with it after awhile. And I agree with Lea and Hilary about the ear piercing. But that's your choice. I love her no matter what you do. Wow you get a lot of comments fast! I just love piggy tails on little girls. I bobbed Olivia's hair and now I am growing it out to where we can put it up again. Your Olivia has such great hair!
My thoughts on ear piercing are that it is just one more thing to take care of. That, and I think it will be more fun for her to look forward to and actually WANT to do. I will most likely wait till Olivia is a tween to pierce her ears.

Ha ha! Lots of people have lots of different opinions!! I cut Marli's hair last summer and loved it for a couple months, then was ticked I did it, Im still mad a year later! I pierced Marli's ears when she was 2, wanted to do it sooner but had to fight Todd on it!!
I think the bob is adorable! Plus you could still do 2 low ponytails and put cute barrettes in it, pull up one side, etc.
Ear piercing... in my family it was a "right of passage" when we turned 9, and the one thing that made that birthday so exciting.

Cordie...I can't get over your adorable kids. i think livs hair would look absolutely adorable in a little bob. my mom always told us we could choose when we were 8 whether we wanted our ears pierced or not. She's just such a cutie regardless. How are you guys anyway? It's been a while. Max just randomly made up some story about Ian the other day. It made me sad that they can't play together anymore. Your Olivia is such a doll:-) I think that anything would be cute.:-) I am old fashioned and want Isabella s hair to grow long, and let her get it cut when she is older or asks for a shorter cut. (But than again, I have never had shorter hair than to my shoulders...I just like long i guess:-) As for earrings, I think I am going to wait till Bella is 8. I guess it is just what you prefer:-)

teh hair is beautiful as is and you will love it when she is going to school for it to be long.halle was my experiment daughter and so what I learned with her I apply to Ella. As for the earings... I think they should be able to tell you when they want them! They are so cute on little girls though, I tottally agree!
